On May 19, 2005, Chiavetta's cooked 1500 1/2's of chicken at the Lockport Branch of the American Red Cross. This is just one of the many Chiavetta's Barbeques held for the local branches of the American Red Cross to raise funds by selling our chicken barbeque dinners. At this event, we cooked 600 1/2's up on the plaza below the skyscraper at 1 HSBC Center in downtown Buffalo. The event was held to raise funds for the United Way. |

| During the "Surprise October Snow Storm" 22 fund raisers cancelled. Many of the events rescheduled but these fresh salads could not be used on future events. Over 7,000 portions were donated to the City Mission, and two American Red Cross shelters. |
